Yucca Puffs
Yucca Puffs are traditionally called “biscoito de polvilho” in Brazil, but VoVó (our grandmother) has nicknamed “Yucca” (yuck-uh) from the “Yuca” (you-kuh) plant! Yucca Puffs are salty, crunchy, airy, and unique in taste and texture. We import our tapioca flour from Brazil, which is a fine flour ground from the cassava (a.k.a. yuca) plant. Our milk, sunflower oil, and eggs are all sourced from local farms.
